We are pleased to bring you the following news and annoucements:



1. Results of the Extraordinary General Meeting

The Meeting was held on 7 July 2018 and all proposed amendments were passed.  The updated Articles of Association are currently under review by the Companies Registry and will become effective upon receipt of the written approval from the Companies Registry.

The current SPCAA Memorandum & Articles of Association, the revised Articles, and a presentation deck that highlights the major amendments are available via the following links:

2. SPC Campus Enhancement Project Phase 1 Donation Appeal

Dear all,

Please see the appeal letter from Mr. Dennis Yuen for the Campus Enhancement Project.

3. Simon's Happy Hour (August)

4. Quarterly Dinner - Meeting the Primary School Headmaster

We have the great pleasure to have Mr Michael Mak, the Headmaster of the St. Paul's College Primary School, as our guest speaker in the coming Quarterly Dinner.  He will share with us the latest development of the School.


Date: 22 August 2018 (Wednesday)

Time: 7.30pm (Reception at 7.00pm)

Venue: 7/F, Chinese General Chamber Of Commerce Building (香港中華總商會), 24-25 Connuaght Road, Central, Hong Kong

Registration: (on first-come-first-serve basis)

Fee: $400 per head (by cash in the event)

5. Class Reunion Dinners
